Found a good acrylic base! 
So I was browsing plamooutthere forum and saw this awesome SD Nightingale build be lee3000, and he mentioned about getting a base from MUJI. So I went there, and came back with two . Thanks, lee!
Rainy season makes me stay at home more. Means more time for model kit…
Finalized the part to house the blade. Now with 2 magnets for each blade.
One at the end of the scabbard, the other one hidden inside the epoxy putty.
I can now rest assured the blade is secured properly.
And to enhance the crotch-thrust (thanks to playevolution for this term XD), I do a bit detailing on the back to push it forward.
Now the thrust looks stronger

the hardest part now is to putty and sand the blade to get a good shape…..

I like this type of base but never knew where to find it until now. I’ve seen some people print some graphics and place them under – very badass!
Me too, until I read lee3000′s post. I got mine from MUJI at Bugis Junction, and yes you can print or cut a custom logo and place it in between the acrylic panels.
can u show some WIP on the waist that how u mod it?. thanks..
basically, I made use of the existing joint and made some adjustment so it can bend more, thus the revo-esque standing pose.
