Playing with epoxy putty

First time epoxy putty on my gunpla ^_^

I used alteco epoputty, bought it at a convinience store here. Epoxy putty consists of 2 parts – resin and hardener. Basically you need to mix them with the same amount, so the result will be good. Too much resin will take forever to cure, too much hardener I don’t know, maybe will take forever to sand ^_^

Be patient and wait till it cures completely, then you may start sanding.

Epoxy putty on the feet, made it longer.

I also made the tail at the back (don’t know what to call it) longer. Actually it’s because I sanded it too much. Sanded while watching shin mazinger, and by the time I realized, the plastic had become too thin that it looked so fragile >.< So I decided to fix it using epoxy putty.

  1. It’s looking more awesome. Should have shown the putty mixing process! I’m interested ^^!

    • When mixing, epoxy putty sticks on my fingers, so I couldn’t take photos, maybe next time should wear gloves
